ブライツパートナーズ株式会社（本社：東京都港区）を2023 年４月に設立し、本格的に始動いたしましたため、お知らせいたします。

当社は、組織・人事を通じて、企業・個人がさらに輝く（Brightz）世界を実現するために存在します。 組織・人事の変革を通じた真の企業価値向上は、綺麗事だけでは実現しえません。

少子高齢化、働き方・価値観の多様化が進み、低成⻑経済から抜け出せない⽇本であれば尚更です。 ともすれば不都合な現実から目を逸らしたくなる事、誰も傷つけないように曖昧にしておきたい点にも真摯に向き合い、成果を上げるために、厳しいことや苦しいことにも、共に取り組んでいくパートナーであることを⽬指しています。

We exist to realize a world where businesses and individuals shine even brighter through organizational and personnel transformation.

True enhancement of corporate value through organizational and personnel transformation cannot be achieved by mere rhetoric. This is especially true in Japan, which is facing challenges such as declining birth rates and an aging population, as well as diversification of working styles and values, which hinder its economic growth.
